Industry News:

4Columbia River Channel Deepening - Please Fax a Letter to Gov. Gregoire
I'm sorry for the short notice on this request, but last week during our Country Elevator Council meetings we received an Announcement regarding Washington Senate Bill 5108, which will impact the deepening project greatly.  The Channel Deepening project is vital to  most of our members, so we would appreciate it if you could take the time to FAX a letter requesting that Governor Christine Gregoire VETO Section 6 of SB 5108.

Dave Gordon, President of PNWGFA Board of Directors has faxed This Letter to Governor Gregoire's Chief of Staff, Tom Fitzsimmons.  Please feel free to use any or all of this letter in your version.  If you would like a word document that you could cut and paste into yours, please send me an e-mail.

Thank you to all the companies who have already faxed a copy to the Governor and to me!
