Annual Country Elevator Council Meeting & Golf Tournament
Our managers meeting is NEXT WEEK!!! If you have not
attended in the past, it is a FUN and informative event that discusses
issues that affect the grain & feed industry right now. There
is a link to the Registration form below, you still have time to
join us! If you would like to join in the Golf Tournament,
we will be putting our foursomes together on Monday. GOLF
PRIZES: Of course we will have some GREAT Cash Prizes
for the Tournament, but if you would like to bring hats, shirts,
jackets, golf balls or any other give away item, we will definitely
put them to good use!

are shaking things up this year, in order to mix the group up
a bit more we will be assigning teams by handicap. Jeff
Young with Industrial Systems & Fabrication has
volunteered to be the Golf Chairman for this event.
2. PNWGFA
Scholarship Program - Deadline is April 15th!
It's that time again...we are gearing up for the Scholarship Program
and we need your help. We need you to distribute this
application to your members and try to get another great group of
candidates for our four $1,000 Scholarships to be awarded this
June. Applications must be POSTMARKED by April 15, 2007. Follow

3. Laser Printed Warehouse Receipts
We are
interested in producing a laser printed version of our warehouse
receipts. Federally licensed warehouses accept these now. Our
software provider currently has the ability to generate WHR’s in
electronic form. I believe that if enough interest is expressed
by our members, WSDA will make the effort to accommodate our State
licensed warehouses as well. We would like your support in
requesting WSDA to accept laser printed warehouse receipts.
