1.   40th Annual Warehousemen's Conference & Trade Show
Where does the time go?  Here we are only a week away from the 40th Annual Warehousemen's Conference & Trade Show.

3.  Surface Transportation Board - Railroad Fuel Surcharge
You've been waiting quite a while for this one...The STB ruled that railroad fuel surcharges based on percentage of freight rate is illegal.  The decision is not retroactive which clears carriers of liability for past fuel surcharge practices.  Follow this link for the entire document outlining the ruling.
