1.  Idaho Golf Scramble & Trout Fry Dinner - September 13th
Back by Popular Demand...We will be visiting Buhl, Idaho again for the Idaho Golf Scramble & Trout Fry Dinner!  Please join us for a fun filled afternoon of golf, camaraderie, a delicious dinner & great prizes!  During this GREAT event, you will have the opportunity to visit with old friends, the Association staff and several members of the Board.

2.  Pacific Northwest Waterways Association - WRDA Information
Our friends over at PNWA recently sent out the latest issue of the NOR'WESTER, it gives an update on the Water Resources Development Act as the finalized bill passes the House but stalls out in the Senate.


3.  USDA - Lamb Producers have Additional Risk Management Choices
The Risk Management Agency issued a press release regarding additional risk management choices available to Pacific Northwest lamb producers.  Please follow this link for the entire release 


4.  US Wheat Associates - Wheat Letter
Our friends over at US Wheat Associates have provided us with the ever informative Wheat Letter.  In this issue the number one article is:  "U.S. Exports to Climb on World Supply Shortage with Record Prices Expected" 


5.  Industry Loses a Friend - Worth Hager
On August 10, 2007 at the age of 51, Worth Hager (Sarah Dilworth Hager Gatti) passed away.  

Most recently Worth worked with the National Waterways Alliance and was a great supporter of navigation issues.  Follow this link for the Obituary and to sign the family guest book.
